NAACP launches the Advancement List to honor barrier-breaking leaders
The new annual list recognizes Black professionals across business, media, education and public service.
The NAACP introduced its inaugural Advancement List, honoring Black leaders who are expanding opportunity in business, technology, media, education, public service, advocacy and the nonprofit sector.
Honorees were celebrated at a reception on September 15 in Washington, during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's Annual Legislative Conference. The full list is published at advancementlist.com.
